We negotiated special conference rates for a limited number of rooms in central hotels close to the conference location and the major monuments. The hotels' ratings are from modest 3 star to luxurious 5 stars; room-rates vary from 65 EUR up to 350 EUR. We recommend you to choose a hotel in walking distance to the conference venue. However, hotels in the very central part of Moscow are expensive. Therefore, we also provide two options which are easily accessible by public transport.

In central Moscow, you pay for the prime location not necessarily the quality of the service. If you opt for the less expensive variants you should not expect too much. As a rule hotels outside provide a better price/service ratio. If you feel comfortable with the Moscow Metro, you may opt for one of these hotels.

After having registered for the conference you will have access to the 'EFA 2005 Service Area' which includes detailed information on the hotel facilities and on hotel booking/visa arrangements. You may also request our hotel information in advance by sending us an e-mail.

Since the number of pre-booked rooms is limited we strongly urge you to make the hotel arrangements as soon as possible.
