All payments must be made in Euro. You can choose between these methods of payment:
Credit cards
Visa, Master-/Eurocard, and American Express are accepted. Kindly indicate card type, card holder, card number, expiry date, and the security code (CVC) on the registration form. The credit card must be valid for at least two month beyond the transmission date.
Bank transfer
We kindly ask participants, especially those who hold a German bank account, to pay the conference fees via bank transfer.

IMPORTANT: Please specifiy as reference 'your name / registration ID'
If you are a member of an EU state we recommend using the EU Standard Remittance Form, which will allow you to make bank transfers within the EU at inland rates. In either case please make sure that the payee receives the full conference fee.
Cancellation policy
If cancellation of a registration is received in writing (regular mail, fax or e-mail) by August 1, 2005, payments will be refunded less an administration fee of 75 EUR. If the cancellation is received before August 15, we will refund 50% of the fee. Refunds will be made after the meeting. No refunds are possible for cancellations received after August 15, or for no-shows.
